yay. cause i have an open gym party this sat. i got my period last sat.(6th) and it's a sleepover too. but no one else has their period yet. hopefully it will stop though. i was just making sure if worst came to worst. and i would have to try tampons.

Yes. A tampon is recommended for sports like gymnastics, swimming, cheerleading, running, etc. After 27 years of life, and almost 4 kids (pregnant) I am still a competitive swimmer and have used a tampon every time, even when not active

I don't do gymnastics, but I'd say yes. A tampon's not going to move around once it's in there.

I would go with Ob in place of a regular tampon. They are too big.

yeah I dont see why not. The tampons inserted into the vagina its not gonna really do anything.
