yes, it's loosly based on a story about a guys from CA namesd Jesse James Hollywood who was just aprhended in Brazil and was extrdited to Santa Barbara where he is waiting trail for planning and participating in the kidnapping and murder of the 15 year old half brother of a guy who owed him money.
