End the current welfare system. A service that was meant to give a 'helping hand' has become a system to keep people dependent. Topping my list would be requiring substance abuse testing of all recipients. Those who test positive will be required to go to rehab (get clean and stay clean) to continue receiving benefits. Those who refuse would be immediately cut off--or drastically reduced. If they're addicted-they won't be able to hold a job--and Americans should not have to pay for someone's addiction.

BUSH .....and I would try to help people that are working class people but still just scraping by in this world give everyone free hospital visits for emergency and not just the few who are too lazy to work and get on welfare.

I personally wouldn't want to be a congress man. I better change myself and do good in the way I can.

I would improve our schools, provide more jobs, stop wars!!!!!!!!!, and help the people who are in need of help. I plan on becoming a Governor and maybe even president
