Cover letter is the forwarding letter you send to the company writing why you need the job.

Do internet search for ' sample covering letters'.

You normally cover -

- What position you are applying for
- What are your strengths and why will you be suitable for the job.

Good luck!!

Write a letter to the employer explaining how your skills and experience make you right for the job. Then, get someone to review it for you. Then, send it in along with your resume.

A cover letter is a letter that is written introducing yourself, advising the person you are writing to what is located in the envelope (enclosed please find my resume and references...) and what job your are applying for. It should be written formally and look very neat.
