i took birth control pills because i found out i was pregnant but kno i see that maybe god send this baby for something n i really regret what i did but now i want 2 have it

What you did was wrong, but you've obviously figured that out now, so I won't say more, except that you should maybe speak to your doctor or a counselor about the way you were/are feeling. Sometimes pregnancy can imbalance your hormones so much that you won't think rationally anymore, and you might need some help getting back to "normal."
Birth control pills (depending on dose, type, and how many were taken/for how long) can have either no affect at all (if you're really lucky), they can cause minor to major birth defects, and in rare cases can actually accomplish what you were attempting...they would kill the baby and force a miscarriage, but that type of miscarriage is even more dangerous to the mother than normal, so any woman considering abortion should at least talk to a doctor, not try a "do it yourself" method, such as birth control pills.
Your doctor may be able to do some tests to find if there are any complications from the medication, or you may just have to wait until you have the baby in order to find out.
I wish you luck, and since you're apparently a religious person, I suggest you pray deeply on this matter, perhaps even seek out the counsel of a religious leader, pastor, preist, etc...

If you are taking birth control pills and are pregnant with a male child, it can result in "feminisation" due to the influx of female hormones, but it is extremely rare. It is unlikely that taking the pill during early pregnancy will increase the risk of defects in the fetus. However, the likelihood of tubal pregnancy is greater if you become pregnant while taking the progestin-only pill.
You need to get to a doctor ASAP to (1) check to see if you are pregant and (2) if so, see if it is possible to determine at this stage whether the pills have impacted the foetus.

Discontinue the pills and go for a prenatal visit with your doctor. You need these anyway. Let the doctor know what happened with the pills and the doctor will make sure the baby is alright. God bless and congradulations on the baby.

Depending on how many you took you could have a serious problem. You need to contact a doctor instead of a message board. This could make you very ill or make your baby very sick.
