We have wireless internet at our home. I can connect to the internet but he cannot. Everything is running (router, cable) its something with his computer i detect. What can i do? He has an HP

Have him try this: first, right click on the little computer icon in the tray and click disable. Right click on My Computer | Properties | Hardware | Device Manager | Network Adaptor | select the wireless card and hit Disable | wait a couple of seconds and reEnable

on the bottom task bar the internet connection signal show be showing, right click it, a menu should appear, click on view available networks, select the available network that has the most green bars, then click connect. let me know if this helps if not we can try something else, if you see repair click that it will repair the connection.
