im 16 now and im gonna play football next year (senior baby!!!) and i was wonderin how much i will be expected to weigh, also whats a fast way to get buff w/o steroids, what should i be eating, how should i workout?

Not sure avg. is a good way to judge it..but weight varies, depending on bone density and muscle.. I think the avg. for a HS senior might be around 175-200 lbs. Best way to put on size is weight training, eating smaller meals, cut out foods that don't have any nutritional value.. Maybe a good protein powder. My son is in 8th grade and almost 6'. I want him to play wide receiver next football season on his freshmen football squad. He needs to put on weight,but now focusing on baseball season. Good luck.
