I like to just drop whatever it is that is getting me upset or frustrated. I'll leave it alone one or two days and come back to it when I am relaxed. If it is something that needs to be taken care of at that moment I close my eyes and do a breathing technique that I learned in the academy. It is very relaxing and I'm ready to tackle the problem.

When I'm home I go to my room and put on the calmest muzic I have...then I scream in my pillow :P...and then I just sit and listen when I'm elsewhere I go find sugar :) like candies or chocolate or anything sweet ;)

I like to do laundry. Anything to clean. I see the spotless room and I lie down and somehow i find that conforting.

Cleaning,scrub something. And then get drank,rely drank whit my best friend and cry a Little bit. after that everything seems better:-))

try to relax, be alone, listen to music and forget those who irritate me worse than sand in my bum.....lol and lol cuz it makes things seem a bit better.
