That is aweful... his own wife gets no money? Check the will again, the children cannot take anything that is not left in the will...

I've seen this happen with several different races. Its usually a small weak mother and the kids just take what they want and think about no one but themselves. I think it reflects bad parenting. What ever the reason its very sad.

find out what is in the will, sometimes children from another marriage are in the will, and the new wife comes out with nothing, depends what is in the will.
