Eli gets a lot of criticism he'd never get if he wasn't Peyton's brother, and he may be better than Peyton now, but if you're talking about their entire career Eli isn't on the same level as Peyton. Although, Peyton would probably trade a lot of those stats for Eli's postseason success. I guess I was influenced by the other answers when I answered this and thought you were discussing who was better. That's why you don't read the answers before answering...Anyway, I really don't know why so many people criticize Eli so much. They've been on him since day one, and even to some extent his days at Ole Miss. The only thing I can guess is it's because he's Peyton's little brother, and maybe a little bit due to being Archie's son, and people had extremely high expectations. Now that he's doing good people just can't seem to admit it and keep going after him. Some QBs just get praised no matter what (see: Aaron Rodgers) and some just can't do anything right (Eli, Romo, and Tebow is fast getting that way, though to be fair he's a bit of a different type of case).

Yes Peyton is Eli's older brother. They also have another brother that was a talented WR but got diagnosed with rare degenerative disease and had to quit playing football.

Yes, Peyton and Eli are brothers. Just FYI, the older brother's name is Cooper, pronouncer "Cuppa". Obviously, their dad is former Saints QB Archie.
They also have a family dog, who they just call "gay name", because they couldn't come up with one worse than the four above.

haha yes they are. And their father is Archie Manning the hall of fame QB for the Saints. They have an older brother who never made it to the pros as well.

god you must be 1 to not know that Eli is younger and then their is cooper manning who is the oldest and he was supposed to be the best but he got hurt
