My thoughts exactly. I was in support of invading Afghanistan for the purpose of apprehending Osama. I knew as soon as we invaded Iraq, Osama would just become a shadow of a memory.

We currently have US soldiers looking for Bin Laden. They have been there since 9/11.
As for the connection with Bin Laden/Iraq/9-11....I don't know. If you are suggesting that our soldiers are in Iraq because of 9/11, they aren't. The US is in Iraq to fight terrorists. Saddam claimed to have Weapons of Mass Destruction and threatened to use them against us. The US captured him before he had the chance but after he hid them.
Where have you been for the last 5 years?

They haven't forgotten him. However, Osama is not as powerfull, nor as dangerous as he was, so emphasis is not as strongly placed on him.
There doesn't have to be a direct tie to saddam regarding 9/11. There were many reasons we went into Iraq. One of the biggest was the fear of Saddam manufacturing WMD. Whether or not you believe he had or manufactured them, you can not deny Saddam refused to allow weapons inspectors in for over ten years ignoring the UN. This purposely posed the threat of them
If you want to know all the reasons we are in Iraq, read the "Joint Resolution to Authorize the Use of United States Armed Forces Against Iraq". These are the reasons that most republicans AND democrats voted for the use of force in Iraq:

Bush knows that Bin Laden is dead of either natural causes arising from Kidney complications or from the massive bombing at Tora Bora.
But the Government of George Bush Walker have conveniently kept it secret from the American public so that the government can continue its occupation and raping of Iraq.

Iraq had nothing to do with 911. 15 out of the 19 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia but the Bush family has friends there so attention was moved to Iraq a country the elders wanted to invade anyway.

I think he helped plan the attacks.
Bush admitted he doesnt spend much time looking for him, i think Bush just used it as an excuse to get re-elected.
