yes. they are for sure making a third one. they purposely ended the second one like that so that they could produce a third one. the filming for the 3rd film was produced side-by-side with Dead Man's Chest. The 3rd movie will be released on May 25 (memorial day) and will be titled Pirates of the caribbean: At World's End.

Yeah, it's already been filmed. It was filmed at the same time as the 2nd one. It's due to release in June or July.
