back negative I haven't had my period since November 28 on December 28,29 and 30 spotted very light pinkish color not to the point where needed to put a Pad just when I would urine and wipe very light color went to the doctor on Thursday 1/4 regular doctor should I go in and see an ob/gyn? I feel my stomach hard and sometimes feel a bit dizzy and tired could I be pregnant?

yes, i had my last period on nov 17, i took 2 blood and urine test and they came back neg. Just last thurs i finely had a faint pink line and went to doc, the blood test now confirms the urine. I am definitely pregnant. I know it is very frustrating, but listen to your body and wait another week and test if neg. make doc appt. He can tell you more. good luck.

if the blood test came back negative, It's a good indication that you probably arent pregnant. Especially if you are talking about being over a month pregnant. Those tests are pretty much error proof. Not like urine tests. If you dont get your period this month i would make an appty with a gyno anyway just to make sure everything is ok.

well if you are pregnant the bleeding on dec 28-30 would be implantation bleeding, which happens about 10 days after conception. so by the 4th you would have been 2 weeks pregnant, which im pretty sure should come up on a blood test..if your periods are normally regular then you period can get screwed up because of stress (thinking your pg) mine did i was like 3 weeks late one time b/c of stress. but yeah uless you just recently got preg then most likely your not. if your period has been abnormal alot then you might want to get tested for pcos or endo or cysts or other hormonal issues., believe me, my mind has felt every symptom before and then my period would come, so it is possiblet o trick yourself,esp when pms symptoms are very similar to preg symptoms

sounds like there is a problem going on for you. Not getting a period and not being pregnant is usually a sign of something wrong. No period means no ovulation. I would go to the OBGYN and geet checked for PCOS (polycycsticovariansyndrome)

Blood results are the most conclusive pregnancy indicators. You are not pregnant. See a doctor about your symptoms.

I heard the only way a blood test can be wrong if it is less than 2 weeks conception

You aren't pregnant. See a doctor to figure out what is going on. Could be an STD or cyst or something.
