Bar exam scores are usually confidential, only pass/fail available, and sometimes not even that. Try the bar association, a google search or a Martindale Hubbell search. See www.martindale.com.
But the best way to find an attorney (or any professional) is personal referral.

You can't get access to their BAR scores or grades. However, you can see if there are any judgements against them, malpractice, etc. from your state's Bar Association.
