okay i am 13 years old, i am 5'7", weigh 95 pounds, have 32a size chest, and still don't have my period is that not normal?

first off, are you underweight? 95lbs is too light for 5'7...
anyways! you body has not hit puberty because there is not enough weight on your body to grow breast, get your period, etc.
my aunt was really skinny also, she did not get her periond until 15, but dont worry! periods suck!!!

Everyone develops at their own pace. Well, i got my period at 12 and had B sizes by then... but girls mature at their own pace. Just wait. Soon guys will be staring at your chest and you'll be caring tampons in your purse... you'll wish you statyed 13 forever.

most girls get it before there 14 but some get it later then that plus you are a bit underweight and that can at times make it come a little later in life for you so just stay patient it will come when its time

I wouldn't worry about it until you hit 16 and weren't having it. Really, every month that goes by that you don't have to deal with that mess is a GOOD month.

Yes, your not going to mature all at once. Some things may take longer than others.

I am 13 and havent gotten mine. my doctor says it's fine. But if I don't get it before im 18 that she has to look up in me :(

A lot of people mature at different rates...you might be a late starter.
