do you think flats go well with a uniform?
my uniform is white collared shirt and navy blue jeans or skirt

that would be really cute especialy if the jeans you have don't have a flare. Like the skinny jeans that aren't tight they just have a straight cut and don't flare at the ankles.

I have a few flats and I wear them with skinny jeans, mini skirts with legwarmers, or even dresses. You can wear them with leggings as well. I like flats cuz they're so versatile. They can still make a nice dress look good.

very cute! maybe to add a little somethin extra to your outfit, wear some cute gold or silver flats and a cute cami that matches under the white collared shirt.
