what do you think is the worst thing the nazis did to the jews during world war 2?

i know everything they did was horrible, but i need someones opinion on what was the worst. i have to write an essay for school persuading people to never use that method again and i can only pick one thing. what would you pick and why?

When they stuck people in the "showers" and killed them via poison gas. Horrid, inhumane way to trick someone to kill them and seperate families.

the extermination of 6 million Jews. The "Final Solution" the of use of gas chambers to commit mass murder and then placing their bodies into furnaces to burn them.
Why? In order for something like this to happen on such a wide scope, it needed the approval of Germany citizens. It is a clear example why all of us need to make are self aware of the events around the world around us and to take the moral high ground.

Gassing was totally barbaric and inhumane, but my pick for the worst would be the medical experiments carried out by Dr. Mengele....totally sadistic.

Jews had their businesses and personal assets confiscated by the Nazis, they were separated from their families, often never to see each other again, the strongest were sent to slave labor camps where they were starved and beaten and literally worked to death. 6,000,000 ultimately were murdered, either worked , beaten, had horrible medical experiments performed on them, gassed and sent to the concentration camp ovens.
