Definitely ignore that..... there's nothing to see here.
...actually, now that I think of it, it'd be particularly helpful if you could bring us the garden hose, some jumper cables, and a copy of Mary Shelly's Frankenstein.
Just set those on the top step please. But whatever you do, DON'T flip the light switch!

Yes you can ignore them. But once they quite down you need to do what I did. Collect a bunch of old mattresses and sound proof the basement. It's not for you so much.(the screams are kind of soothing after all) But it's for the neighbors sake. Mustn't annoy the neighbors. Even if they do keep disappearing and you keep getting new ones. You can always install a microphone and speaker, that's what I did and it worked fine. Maybe a wireless web cam, too. Good luck.
