I think it is absolutely great that you are looking for business opportunities when you are only 15.

You should do some research, and you will have to take your parents as your partners because you are only 15. This means you will have to show them that you will do the most of work if they don't have time for it. They probably want to see that it is a sound idea because they don't want to be stuck with a strange piece of property.

Before you do that, it might be a good idea to check if this business idea will work well. I suggest you start with organizing one dance night for kids under 18. See if you can rent this place for one night (find out from the current owners will they do it and for how much) and see if this brings a good crowd, see if it brings you money or it is not worth it at all. You will have to check with local authorities as of how to do it safely. I'm pretty sure you will have to inform the police department and hire professional security. You will also have to make sure there is proper insurance. It is all not impossible, it just takes some work.

And if I have been a dad or mum I might DEFINITELY oppose a strip membership commencing up subsequent to a institution, why might anybody desire their small children subjected to such brazen sexuality at this kind of younger age? So they may be able to turn out to be those over-sexualized teenagers going round getting pregnant at 14? No marvel there's such depravity on this planet while individuals are dull ample to feel like this. All i will say is preserve your youngsters clear of mine OP.

You may very well have a great idea unfortunately you are at an age where you cannot legally enter into any legal binding contract.

Other factors will be conracts regarding insurance, liability etc.
Your parents who are your legal guardians will have to consider your idea and enter Into agreements on your behalf.

The idea will be yours and your parents ultimately will have to accept all responsibilities that this dance club entails.

I think you need to wait awhile until you are older, then if you decide to open one, you can do it on your own.
