We are having the snowiest winter in a decade in my part of Canada. Outside my door we have about 80 cms accumulated. That's about two feet for you non metric! We have four distinct seasons where I live and our winter is about four months (Nov - Feb). By the middle of March all snow is gone and our springs are truly lovely. I really like the snow. Driving in it can be a challenge, but I live on an acreage about ten minutes out of town and it really is nice. Lots of walks and lots of exercise on the end of a shovel.

well i like snow i guess but i enjoy the short summers and warm days we get better. this is probably because i live in calgary and here we get a lot of snow quite often so after a while it isnt that exciting anymore....we dont even get snow days if it snows a foot. the good thing is though that we can go skiing a lot which is lots of fun.

Lucky you! It's 70 degrees in Miami and getting down to 60 tomorrow morning. The 6:00 news was saying how we need to break out the cold weather gear...isn't that funny?
