Yes, too much exercise can interfere with your period, but pregnancy is not out of the question. Especially with the withdrawal method - which is NOT effective! Men release some semen before ejaculation ever occurs - it's his body's way of providing some natural lubrication. If you don't want to get pregnant again (or yet), get on some real birth control.

It could be exercise, especially if your body weight and BMI is low. With the cramps and sore breast + the "withdrawal" method which is NOT reliable, I think you should take a pregnancy test because I think that's likely, to be honest.
Good luck.

Until you know for sure, I would exercise by walking or very low impact routines. Some women take a full year for their body to get back to normal after giving birth, not just physically but hormonally. Your birth control method isn't the most reliable,I would see my MD soon . Take care. SW RNP

Sounds like pregnancy to me. The withdrawal method is not a very reliable birth control method.

to much exercise can often lead to your body shutting down, its your bodys way of saying it cant support a baby, alot of athletes have this happen also those who are anorexic. If you dont feel like you are exercising to much then you should have it checked by a doctor, i dont think 60 to 90 minutes should cause them to stop though.

too much exercise can interfere with periods, I suggest reading articles on athletes and overexercising. I would get a pregnancy test if I were you...either way, see your doctor.
