Is this phiysical or a chemical property?

1. Antioxidants are used as food preservations in margrine
2. White phosphorous glows in the dark
3. White phosphoro ignites easily
4. Graphite is a good lubricant
5. Gold doesn't react with water.
6. Strontium reacts with water.
7. Gallium has a melting point of about 86 degrees F.
