I do use a pump myself mainly for pleasure, although I have seen some changes in my penis size. It shows more in thickness than length, and I'm not the only one who has noticed. Now I have read up on penis enlargement and how it works. The penis is a muscle and if exercised regularly it will gain size but you have to keep up with the exercising or it will not work. I have noticed that my thickness did go down a bit after not using the pump for a month. If you are willing to keep up the work than go for it, it does add some size and best of all it feels good to pump.

I just love when girls answer questions like this. What the hell do they know about penis pumps? Anyway, I have been using one on and off for over 10 years. I have been able to pump my penis up to over 11 inches and the feeling is absolutely tremendous. I just wish it would stay that way, but when I release the pressure my penis returns to it's regular size rather quickly. Anyway, happy pumping and thanks girls for your answer to this question.
