If you mean have sex with both guys and girls, than yes you are bi. It isn't wrong though, don't worry, being transgender just means you identify with the other gender. It is wrong to think that a transgender necessarily only likes the same gender as they were born as.

No, you're good. It's not wrong at all, you do what you want. Just because a person is transgender definitely doesn't mean he has to stick to just one gender concerning his sexual preference... that doesn't make any sense.

I am with guitarherofairy on this one. What gender you consider yourself to be doesn't necessarily dictate your sexual preference.
