What kind of Sulfur? If you mean the stuff you'd put on your garden try any hardware store. Most of the time you can order whatever kind of sulfur you want from a chemical company such as aldrich, though for some more hazardous variations you need a license.

Well, it depends on the country you live in. Normally hardware shop should have sulfur for soil. Chemical store should have analytical grade sulfur for scientific purpose.
