phone Lloyd's and let them know you want to do Internet banking and they will send you an id code by the end of the week. once you log on you can check your balance as well as set up direct debits, standing orders, pay bills, do transfers, apply to upgrade your account, apply for loans, credit card , insurance, and over draft

You need to contact your bank to register as an online user. They will then send you an ID number and security PIN and Password. Then you can access it.
Hopefully, your bank will offer a better online service than NatWest

They will open up a page for you to give your account infromation on a secure line and you can acess all the info you need. Even go back for months if you want to. large or even small banks these days are acessible on the internet
