Three cons of having a monkey quarantine facility in Reston VA?

umm. three cons--
1. virus could "leak out" of the facilities into the area
2. if people knew, they would be paranoid/ uncomfortable driving/walking/etc. near the monkey quarantine
3. having the facility near all those shops, people, homes, etc. would just be too complicated if something bad happened at the facility.

Umm, I live right near Reston. I would be highly uncomfortable with all possibly sick monkeys going through this high-population area, increasing the risk of human infection, and if humans are infected, the rate at which it spreads.
