First, figure out what the sum of the interior angles of a pentagon are.

S = 5(180 - 360/5) = 5(180 - 72) = 5*108 = 540°

Now, how are they expressed.

x + 5x + 3*4x = 540°
18x = 540°
x = 30°
5x = 150°
4x = 120°

The interior angles are
30° 120° 120° 120° 150°

An exterior angle is 180° - the interior angle.
You should be able to calculate those.
