webkinz stuffed animals?

My cousin has forgotten her user name and her password, how can she open a new account so she can enjoy her webkinz? Thanks, Jessica

If she has forgotten password she can still get in by going to the login screen and clicking on "forgot my password."

At this point though, you will need to have the blue tag that came with the Webkinz. If you type in the secret code , you can reset the password.

However, you still need to know your user name. Maybe she remembers her user name even though she forgot the password.

If she has neither the user name nor the password, then simply email the company at:

http://www.ganz.com/guestbook/guest_comments.html

Explain to them that you have your tag and animal but are missing you user name and password. Maybe they will be sympathetic.

If she doesn't have her tag either then she is totally out of luck. At this point, its time to buy a new one.

She might be SOL. They have a spot for forgotten password, but not user name. To open a "new" account, she needs another Webkinz. She may be able to contact Webkinz. At the botton of the "log in" screen, there is a place to click "contact us". She may want to try that.

She could always try typing in new user when you get to the webkinz site and then maybe they can help you from ther sry I don't really know what else to tell you

thats hard... by a new one or email the webkinz people some1 I know also has a webkinz... they are fun.. anyway write the password and username down next time... good luck

I'm not sure maybe one of her friends that has webkinz knows her username and once you get you username you can click I forgot my password and she'll be fine

go to Webkinz.com and click on make new account-DUH!
