Gravity cannot but electric fields can.

When your cell phone won't work in a tunnel or elevator it's because the electric signals cannot penetrate.

Metal boxes around sensitive components is the most common way of shileding from fields.

Look on the back of your computer monitor or TV, you'll see FCC information about electromagnetic interference.

Electric fields can be shielded because charge can be either attractive or repulsive. Gravitational fields can not be shielded because gravitation is always attractive.
