Electric fields yes. Gravity? Not yet, they have to figure out "what" it is before you can shield or project it. Then we can levitate heavy loads or fly to other planets by using the gravitational plane instead of internal combustion engines.

Gravity no because it is a bending of space
Electric fields yes, rather easily, for example with grounded metal window screen.
