It was AWESOME! Rudy, the Ice Truck Killer, had kidnapped Deb and taken her to the home where Dex had lived as boy. Dexter looks up his Mom's old address, and as he goes to the house, he remebers in a flashback that Mom had multi-colored fingernails, and that he had an older brother "Biney" (Brian) who is Rudy. Rudy injects Dex, but not to hurt him - he just wants to talk & "share a cold one" - a beer. He has Deb already laid out on the slab just the way Dex "likes them." Dex stuggles with the "Code of Harry" and saids he can't do it - and that he's fond of her - just as she awakens. Rudy moves to slice her - just as Doakes & La Guerta show up (Doakes had been tailing Dex). Rudy escapes, but Dex & Deb are fine. Then Dex has to choose - his sister or his brother? The obe who'll never know his true self? Or the one he grew up with & is sworn to protect? So, he lures Rudy to his place & then has to kill him - just the way the ITK did his victims, only he sets it up to look like a sucide. Now Deb is safe & he's still all alone. And there was some cheesy business with Paul calling Rita, saying Dexter did it - set him up, and then she finds Pauls shoe out back. We don't know her reaction. La Guerta's replacement also showed up & she's not gonna be the Captain's stooge & seems okay. and the show ends with Doakes tailing Dexter. IT ROCKED!

The guy that was dating Dexters sister was the ice truck killer and Dexters brother.Dexter put him out of his misery and Dexter went to his gf house and the black cop was following him.When the show ended the gf found her ex husbands shoe that he told her was missing.
