Since you don't say what infections you have on your computer, the best thing to do is start by using some Free online scan that actually remove infections.
Do the scans at all of these sites.
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
http://www.trendmicro.com/spyware-scan/free_spyware_scan.asp
Look for the box at the top left of the page for the online scan link:
http://www.ewido.net/en/
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Write down the names of any infection that are not removed. Post a new question and give the names of the infections exactly as the programs showed them. Do not alter the names when you type them. That is important.

I just went through this same thing. I had an AntiVermins spyware infection on my machine. I tried some free scanners, but the thing just kept coming back. Evenutally, I caved in and bought a commerical grade spyware scanner, following the instructions on this website:
http://remove-antivermins.com/antivermins-removal.html
Although it was not free, this scanner put an end to my problem, as well as uncovering a whole collection of other issues that I didn't even know about. Now, my PC is back to its old self. 100% worth the cost, in my opinon.
Good Luck!

I examine that the finest of secret agent ware classes are in consumer-friendly words waiting to eliminate 30 % of virus' so it pays to mix up with some, get spyeraser (loose) in case you dont have already got this or you may receive hijackthis and replica paste your log right into a hijackthis communicate board and they are going to often allow you to comprehend what to do interior some days. The caution message you seem getting looks an spyware software attempting to make you purchase their secret agent ware software (which often suck).

You will be surprised what you will find. Your internet connection will speed up also.
