I am one week late with my period. I Had my tubes ties 2 years ago. My breasts are very sore, I'm spotting, and very bloated.

Yes- it is very possible to get pregnant despite having your tubes tied. It is about 99% effective, and having your tubes tied also increases your chances of having an ectopic pregnancy. Though rare, it is also possible over the years for the ends to regrow back together. Your best bet is to wait at least two weeks after a missed period, and see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test as this is the most accurate way of testing.

It happened to my Aunt TWICE. 2 kids;tubes tied, got preggo. after 3rd, had them RETIED, and got preggo again. Then she went to a different doctor.
This was years ago though, as her #4. is in his early 20's.
It can happen though.
