Yes you can get into trouble if your are there. The people who are at risk are those who host the party. If someone leaving the party has an accident then youand your room mate are ultimately liable for any damages caused by the individual. If it was me I would not allow the party in my apartment.

You don't say whether the people who will be drinking are also underage. If so, yes, there could be legal problems from hosting a party where people are permitted to break the law, no matter what law it is. However, there is nothing illegal about minors being present where adults are drinking. There can, however, be civil ramifications from hosting a party where people drink to excess if they are thereafter involved in traffic accidents. You may want to rethink this party.

theoretically you can, but you won't. I've seen many mip's in my day and I have NEVER heard of anyone getting one when they weren't showing any signs of drinking or in possession of a drink. Bottom line - hang out at the party, don't drink if you don't want, and if the cops come go to your room and shut the door (lock it if you can) and there is basically no way you will get in trouble. I am 99.9999% confident. Believe me, I know.

Yes...Every one there can be arrested. The minors for obvious reasons. And the adults, for contributing. You better re-think this party. Do you really want to risk it?

You deffinately can get into trouble such as it being your prop[erty minor in possession and if someone left and was driving drunk and killed someone I believe you are responsible for that. Now is that worth it.
