If you are referring to one seed with durian flesh... you will smell of durian
If you are talking about the whole thorny fruit... good luck to you!
BTW, pardon my asking, tot that durian is found in south east asia, is there durian trees in taiwan? if so, where is it.

Surprisingly, I have never heard of durians dropping on heads before. Maybe they have eyes........Myth?

If it dropped from a tree - you will die - or suffer from very bad head injury.
If accidentally dropped from say, someone standing higher than you, you will have a very sore head and bleed a lot.
