i would imagine the software is by bluesoleil. when the two devices are in contact you should see a shared folder(that is the gateway for phone and pc) if you want to put pictures opnto your phone fro pc go to the appropiate folder eg my pictures and drag and drop what photo you want onto the shared folder. The same for music etc........
Hello again, you drag from your computer to the shared folder that pops up on your screen when your phone "talks" ilook in your taskbar shared folders. i suggest also you click on the max/minimize square in your window as you will need to see the program dragging from and to. hope you understand.........

Hope this makes a bit of sense.... stick your Bluetooth thingy into a usb port in your laptop .... if you are using XP the laptop will regognise it and follow the on screen instructions..... on your mobile phone ...make sure you have set you bluetooth on and make sure it is set to Visible....once your laptop has found the phone ...it will ask you to type in a numeric code .as a password ...type in the same code on your phone ...and away you go ....I have probably missed out a stage ..but you will get the drift ,.just follow the instructions on the Laptop... it is a wee bit tricky at first.. once you have it set up you just right click on the file you want to send and send via bluetooth... Good Luck..

You need to make your phone search for the laptop - usually under bluetooth on the phone and "find connections". You then need to click the bluetooth icon on your laptop and make it search for the phone. When they are both connected, just drag and drop

depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.
