I met my boyfriend 3 years ago in Mexico, since last year he's been live here in the usa with me, he came using a turist visa, but a turist only have a short term to stay here like a legal turist, he didn't want to go back to Mexico cause he wanted to stay with me, we're planing to get married, my question is Can i make him a legal resident by getting married with him?

No. A gay "marriage" in Massachusetts has no bearing for federal purposes and immigration is federally regulated.

NO. Marriage is the legal union of a man and a woman. Nothing else qualifies.

Maybe in Massachusetts. But be careful the INS will be all over you if they suspect that you are only get married to stay in the country. Good Luck.
