at what age should someone start wearing those big hooped earrings?

i love claires and i love big hooped earrings or the stars.do you think its appropiate to wear them to a middle school?do you think some of those freaks would dare to pull on them and i dont even know them?things like that have happened to me

in middle school people are more mature (well some are some you want to shove into a locker) so i dont think that you will have that problem i started wearing hoop earrings in 6th grade so it would be fine for middle school

Alot of girls in Middle school wear them beacsue they think they will look older. mean while now days alot of people know that you are young if you are wearing those earrings . onces you get to highschool youll pretty nuch hate em . and laugh at it .
Stick with dangly earrings that shine bright or that have tiny multiple hoops . nothing big
when you wear big hoops it makes you looks poor and cheap/
But its a different storey when your in your 20;s and going to aflashy bar thats when those are very much acceptibale.
Personally the only time i thinkthat someone can REALLY pull of the "good" look of hoop earrings is when your much older. not 30 or 40 ahaha.
I went through that faze too.

And in Middle school.you have a higher chance of them getting accientally or perpously ripped out by immtaure little boys.

What I always did was make sure they would snap open easily if someone pulled on them. That was the only kind I would buy. But they do have to be tight enough to stay on under regular wearing.

It's kind of hard to do because it's against the health laws to try on earrings in the store. You could buy some you like and try them around your "safe" friends and relatives so you can find out which ones are okay to wear other places.

not big hoops. their just a nuisance. i think smaller hoops, because it just makes you look overdressed and kinda top heavy when you wear the really big ones. if you wear medium ones with patterns, those are cute. i know at the high school i go to, no one wears those really big hoops earins except for the girls who are kinda trashy and dont do anything in school : )

Everybody can where them. Im in elementry school and a lot of ym friends have big hooped earings. Don't worry people won't laugh at you a lot of people tihnk they are cool.

i think you should at least be thirteen, because when you're in elementary school, you have recess, which means you almost always play hide and seek, or something to do with runnung around. you should NEVER wear them when you KNOW that you'll be playing around(like basketball, track, running, volleyball, and other activities such as these). most of the time, coaches won't let you wear them, anyway. just be careful about when and where to wear them.

I'd stick with wearing them to parties and out of school only, if you think anyone might pull them...

If I were you I wouldn't care and wear them to school... I always did (landed in the principals office cause they were against the rules- violation to the school dress code !!)

Hoop earrings look trashy if they are too big. I wouldn't start wearing them until high school, or better yet, don't wear them at all.

no one is mean enough to pull your hoops out... and also why would you judge people by the way they are i know alot of peopel do it but there is no reason to call them freaks!
