as you know gerry got shot but he pulls through even though the bullet perforated his heart. down to neela's expertise she ended up being called into surgery to help...as at the time it happened she was at her husband's funeral.
luka was found and was ok, and tried to help, but abby had been knocked over and went to maternity where they suspected the bump may trigger an early labour...which it did and baby joseph was born nearly 2 months early. she had to have a c-section as she had an abruption, and the baby's heart rate was de cellerating sharply...after he was out they couldn't stop her bleeding so she had a hysterectomy..but was ok. luka then went to the toilets broke down in tears and smakshed a mirror with a bin!
the nurse (mind's gone blank) who's ex was trying to escape was kidnapped along with her son, and they were all on the run from the cops trying to get to canada...she tried to alert the police but was found out by the other bloke. he then ran the car in front of a train crossing and the cops started chasing again. they stopped but then took off and the cop chased but he ended up going off the road and crashing (if he survived i'd be really surprised). they then stopped for the night and the three con's went into a barn and as they couldn't decide what to do next the nurse's ex shot the other two, then while the son was asleep he practically raped the nurse (she gve in to keep him calm). then afterwards when he was asleep she took his gun and shot him! and then got in the van and took off....

European Capital of Culture I was a bit worried, I mean I know we have it in spades but would it be some poncey pavement artists and tate snobs 'its art if I say its art' types? Surprisingly it was absolutely brilliant, every weekend something interesting and unusual happened, and it was difficult to get round to see everything. Liverpool has changed so much in the last 5 years all driven by the Capital of Culture. Just sorry I missed the closing ceremony, a bit of culture fatigue I suppose, but that was supposed to be brilliant as well. One special year

Sam shot her husband, Jerry almost died and Abbie gave birth to a son, touch and go on whether he lives and she had to have a hysterectomy.
