HNO3 + Mg(OH)2----> Mg(NO3)2 + HOH
and
Fe2O3 +CO-----> Fe + CO2

all the numbers are supposed to be little but I don't know how to do that on the computer. Anyway each time I try to balance it, I think I got it but I don't. Please help!

2HNO3 + Mg(OH)2 → Mg(NO3)2+ 2H2O

For the formula below, this is the only way i could balance it because when a metal oxide (Fe2O3) reacts with a non-metal oxide (CO), a salt is formed.
Fe2O3 +CO → Fe2(CO3)3

Iron (III) oxide + carbon monoxide → iron (III) carbonate
