Just add 1 (100%) to each rate in decimal form, and raise each to the 10th power:

(100% + 33.17%)^10 = (1.3317)^10 = 17.5414 = 1754.14%
(100% + 28.44%)^10 = (1.2844)^10 = 12.2181 = 1221.81%
(100% + 20.95%)^10 = (1.2095)^10 = 6.6998 = 669.98%
(100% - 9.14%)^10 = (0.9086)^10 = 0.3834 = 38.34%
(100% - 11.94%)^10 = (0.8806)^10 = 0.2804 = 28.04%
(100% - 22.05%)^10 = (0.7795)^10 = 0.0828 = 8.28%
(100% + 28.54%)^10 = (1.2854)^10 = 12.3135 = 1231.35%
(100% + 10.82%)^10 = (1.1082)^10 = 2.7937 = 279.37%
(100% + 4.96%)^10 = (1.0496)^10 = 1.6226 = 162.26%
(100% + 15.79%)^10 = (1.1579)^10 = 4.3322 = 433.22%

Should have done that in a spreadsheet....
