I think its because so many people use vulgar slang words to describe body parts. If they used the correct words and in not so rude of a tone then perhaps the questions would stay.

Are you using "proper terms" or slang? Some slang terms may be considered "crude" and get the questions deleted. You might also try using the spell checker.
