Yes, and it is compulsive for me. I do it as I go to sleep, each little finger just one time.
When I was younger, I cracked everything. Now it won't crack, I creak and ache.

Always. It's genetic, I think. My mom, did it all her life and now her fingers are all crooked. I am trying to stop, but I like to get that "stress" out!

sometimes..when im writing they start to cramp up so i have to crack them
i read somewhere that its not actually your bones cracking, its the sound of microscopic nitrogen gas bubbles that have built up popping.
