Stronger acids have weaker conjugate bases. Thus, if formic acid is a stronger acid than acetic acid, then formate will be a weaker base than acetate.

A weaker acid has a stronger conjugate base, therefore the acetate ion is more basic than the formate ion.

The last one, first of, it says that acetic acid will dissociate the most so it wil become most acetate ion, then since that will cause the reaction with ammonia to form ammonium ion, you get a lot of that too. acetate, ammonium, then the rest.
