If you want to become a famous singer, you will need to be good. Is there anywhere on the internet you have a song so i can listen and tell you if you can make it.
If you are a good singer you might be able to submit a cd of you singing to a few different record labels so that they can listen to you sing and decide if your worth signing or not.

Having talent might be a good place to start. If you do have talent, take singing lessons or get a good singing coach. Take music lessons. Learn everything you can about the music industry.
No one becomes famous overnight. There are dues to be paid, and one has to work at becoming famous. Just like one has to work at becoming a doctor or a dentist or a plumber.
