Technically, no, since pimping, by definition, includes arranging and benefiting from the act of prostitution, and is a kind of solicitation. However, it's unlikely that you'll find on brought up on those charges. Most that you see in jail will be there for violent crimes or drug possession.

depends on the country ,i dont think it is in Holland or Germany ,where prostitution is called the sex industry and is accepted as a normal job.
