All are good, I would chose This I Promise You as the best from your list. I think a lot of country songs are more romantic.
Tears in Heaven is about the loss of his son, not a romance.

I Swear was originally done by a country singer named John Michael Montgomery. I like the original version better than the cover. I also like the songs Forever and Ever, Amen and Deeper Than the Holler, both by Randy Travis. Country music is full of great love songs.
