I don't know if you are slow or not, but you are not stupid. Your grammar and spelling show that right off.
I think you first need to decide what "smarter" means to you. Does it mean that you do well on tests, that you can hold a decent conversation, or maybe even be a contestant on Jeopardy. Once you figure out what smart means to you, it should be a lot easier.
A lot of people here have suggested you read. Believe them. Reading is, to quote a wise person, fundamental. Through reading you can learn just about anything you want. But even just reading isn't enough for all subjects. If you want to be good at math or science, you will probably have to practice or study. If it is general knowledge, reading will give you what you want. However, you might have a problem that many people do. It isn't that you aren't smart, but that your recall isn't well-developed. That is something that requires training on your part. Things that can help with recall are associating things together, remembering where you heard or saw the information, or any other method you develop.
Once you start to learn, try to see how things are connected. When you see how history and English and math are connected, you will be more than smart . . . you will be a well-educated person with a lot to offer.

Whether the man was once using accurately or popping wheelies down the highway...it doesnt topic. No one merits to die. Godspeed to that deficient guy. I've been using for 10 years and it is rough to provide an explanation for why I trip to folks that do not trip. Part of it has to do with the liberty of being within the outdoors. You soak up so a lot more while your on a motorcycle versus a auto in which you're extra remoted out of your trip. Another side of it in general has to do with manage. I understand that using is detrimental however in some way I am taking manage of my possess destiny through using. The incontrovertible fact that it is detrimental makes me believe extra alive. I attempt to rationalize it through pronouncing that a bike is riskless if operated through a in charge driving force however I understand that is no longer completely real. I can not manage the movements of different drivers. But it is what I care to do and I'm no longer going to deliver that up for worry that it should at some point kill me. There are such a lot of methods that I might die however I can not reside my lifestyles in worry of that or it wouldnt be a lot of a lifestyles in any respect.

Only you can make this complicated. Look up the word ambition in the dictionary. You lack ambition, thas all. It is hard work, don't give up. If you desire to be smart and fast, develope some ambition for that desire. Set goals for yourself, plan ahead, make thoughtful decisions. I'm not saying it's easy, but I am saying it can be done. Start out by saying positive things about yourself rather than- " I am slow and stupid ".

First off...don't ever say your not smart! You have to appreciate what and who you are in order to have the confidence to exert yourself. If your scared to say the right answer, how will you ever know if your right or prove that your right?
READ READ READ!!!!!!!
A extensive vocabulary is key to understanding most subjects!
Research things that interest you. Be an expert on AT LEAST one subject. You don't have to know every thing to be smart.
Common Sense.......to sum it up....is trial and error.
Do things for yourself and observe the outcome. Lean from your mistakes-SO IMPORTANT!!
As far as math goes....start at the basics. Don't leave a subject until you've mastered it. Practice makes perfect.
Good luck-

Theres no sure way of doing it. Being intelligent effectively means you have the ability to learn (from outside sources, experience etc) but also that you can remember these things.
Smart people are good at everything so my advice would be to find something you want to know about and read up on it.
You can also do tests and exercises to keep your mind fresh and help your memory.

Yes read. A good one is The Dictionary of Cultural Literacy.
Exercise and good diet help.
Being smarter is just like physical exercise, you have to challenge a muscle or brain to make it grow.
And get enough sleep.

Read more books! Find ones that interest you so that you are not bored or discouraged. Make sure they are at a comfortable reading level, not frustratingly hard, not too easy. Then challenge yourself just a little bit more each time.
Fiction is as good, if not better than nonfiction for this purpose.

Start with the fundamentals - read. Start with current events (newspapers) and then to literary contemporary classics. Do not skip things you don't understand when you read. Look them up. You cannot be lazy in this sense, as it will not expand your mind and improve your skills.
You can also take junior college courses. Challenge yourself, challenge your mind to think beyond your normal path.
This will take time, but you have to stick to it.

Read a lot. If you don't understand something you read, look it up in the dictionary or in an encyclopedia. Play "thinking" games like Scrabble, Sudoku, and trivia. If you don't know the answer to something, don't be afraid to ask someone who might.
