To become a Realtor you first have to be a licensed agent. A Realtor is an agent or broker who belongs to The National Association of Realtors.
Your question should be how to become a licensed Agent.
Contact your state's Real Estate Commission for a list of approved training programs. Then contact the school for classes near you. Pass the classes and apply to take the state licensing exam. Pass the license exam and find a broker to work for. THEN apply to be a REATOR.
Any questions feel free to Email me.
Good Luck

I do know that you have to go to school for a few months and stuff like that. I don't know what the classes are like, but my friend who took the class said that the classes are more like the legal aspect of real estate. Then you get hired by a realtors office and then start working!

i am a realtor in las vegas and that i ultimately needed to placed my license on "ice". it is in order that gradual. the one individuals making any cash are directory dealers that experience financial institution owned listings and that is lovely difficult to faucet into. i imply, you'll be able to get your license and when you've got the money, cross forward and be a realtor, however do not anticipate doing it complete time if you're simply coming into it.
